Deux ans après “... and The Casiotone Orchestra”, Odessey & Oracle poursuit ses explorations spéculatives et colorées à travers une recherche sonore aventureuse, mêlant sonorités acoustiques et instruments classiques (voire baroque) à toute une palette de specimen analogiques datant des années 60 et 70.
Une musique rétro futuriste dont les arrangements sophistiqués soulignent un songwriting débridé aux influences hétéroclites (Brian Wilson, Caetano Veloso, White Noise, JS Bach, Moondog, Robert Wyatt...).
Les textes, en Français, à la fois surréels et utopistes témoignent des contradictions de notre temps et invitent à imaginer un amour révolutionnaire.

Two years after ".... and The Casiotone Orchestra", Odessey & Oracle continues its speculative and colorful explorations through an adventurous sonic quest, mixing acoustic sonorities and classical instruments (baroque, even) using a pallet of analog specimens dating back to the 60s and 70s.
Retro-futuristic music with sophisticated arrangements underline unbridled songwriting with heterogenous influences (Brian Wilson, Caetano Veloso, White Noise, JS Bach, Moondog, Robert Wyatt...).
The lyrics, in French, both surreal and utopian, serve as witness to the contradictions of our times and invite the listener to imagine a revolutionary love.
